Following the company's feedback the Maintenance Management Strategy Guide or Best Practice Guide will be finalised. The name of these documents and contents vary from company to company, e.g

but their purpose is to set out the company's support to maintenance and how the company can achieve and demonstrate Excellence in Maintenance of it's assets. The scope of the documents will cover all the key processes under the following sections:
